End-User Licence Agreement for Modern Railways Insight
The Modern Railways Insight website and database are the Copyright (2015) of Key Publishing Ltd. All rights reserved.
By using any part of the Modern Railways Insight website and database you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement including the limitations on use, transferability, warranty and liability. This agreement is enforceable like any signed legally binding contract and may be changed or modified at any time by Key Publishing Ltd. Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Key Publishing Ltd owns all intellectual property contained within the Modern Railways Insight website and database and permits you to use the data only in accordance with the terms of this agreement. You may not distribute, transmit or reproduce, backup, create or sell materials obtained from the Modern Railways Insight website and database unless authorised in writing by Key Publishing Ltd. You may display and electronically copy, download and print hard copies of the material solely for your own use, provided that you do not modify or delete any copyright, trademarks or other proprietary notices.

Your access to and use of any third party sites or information made available from such sites is governed by the terms and conditions found at each third party site, if any. Third party sites are not owned or operated by Key Publishing Ltd. You use these sites at your own risk and Key Publishing Ltd makes no warranties regarding their performance.
Single User Licence. A single user licence grants you the right to log on to the Modern Railways Insight website and database from any one computer terminal at a time. If the computer on which you use the Modern Railways Insight website and database is a multi-user system, the licence only covers a single user on that system.
Multi User Licence. If you intend to use the Modern Railways Insight website and database for multiple users within the same organisation, you must purchase a multi-user licence. For a multiple licence Key Publishing Ltd grants you a non-exclusive right to use the Modern Railways Insight website and database for the number of users the licence permits. Both single and multi-user licences are valid for one year (365 days) from the commencement date and are non-refundable.
General Use. You may not modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based upon the Modern Railways Insight website and database. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to discover the source code of the Modern Railways Insight website and database. You may not rent or transfer your rights or authorise all or any portion of the Modern Railways Insight website and database to another user without the express permission of Key Publishing Ltd.
Intellectual Property Ownership and Copyright Protection. The Modern Railways Insight website and database is protected by English law including without limitation the copyright laws of the United Kingdom and other countries by international treaty provisions. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Key Publishing Ltd.
Warranty. The Modern Railways Insight website and database is being delivered to you "as is" and Key Publishing Ltd makes no warranty as to its use or performance in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability and completeness or about the continued availability of any content. Key Publishing Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and freedom from computer viruses. Key Publishing does not guarantee use of the Modern Railways Insight website and database will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of Liability - In no event will Key Publishing Ltd be liable for any damages, claims, costs or any consequential, indirect or incidental damages or any lost profits or savings even if Key Publishing Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such loss, damages, claims or costs. Nothing contained in this agreement limits Key Publishing Ltd liability in the event of death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud or any other factor arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or performance of the Modern Railways Insight website and database. The Modern Railways Insight website and database is provided for information purposes only and users may not use the information for any unlawful purposes.
